    • Ship the item back to us using an insured and trackable shipping method. We recommend retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

  • 4. Inspection and Refund:

    Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria stated above. If the item is approved for a return, we will process the refund according to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • 5. Refund Method:

    Refunds will be issued in the following manner:

    • For purchases made using credit/debit cards, the refund will be credited back to the original card used for the transaction.
    • For payments made through online payment gateways, the refund will be processed to the same account.

  • 6. Restocking Fee:

    In some cases, a restocking fee may be applicable to cover handling and processing costs. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

  • 7. Return Shipping Costs:

    If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to buyer's remorse or other personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping expenses.

  • 8. Exchanges:

    Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item as per our return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
